I’m Maher Saeed, a luxury interior designer and the founder of Maher Saeed Project, with more than 10 years of experience creating refined residential interiors.

A HUMAN-CENTERED APPROACH TO LUXURY

Before becoming an interior designer, I studied and worked in physiotherapy. That experience fundamentally shaped the way I understand space.

​

Physiotherapy taught me to observe people closely — how they move, what makes them comfortable, what creates tension, and how the environment can influence the way we experience everyday life.

I brought that perspective into interior design.

​

Today, I look beyond aesthetics. I consider how you wake up, move through your home, work, rest, entertain, connect with your family and find moments of privacy.

​

I want to understand not only what you want your home to look like, but how you want your life to feel inside it.

WHAT LUXURY MEANS TO ME

I don’t define luxury by how much you spend or how many expensive elements you place in a room.

Luxury is intention.

​

It is the right proportion, the right light, the right material and the right flow.

It is walking into your home and feeling immediately at ease.

It is having everything you need exactly where it should be, without the space ever feeling rigid or over-designed.

And it is something that is often overlooked:

time.

A thoughtfully designed home can reduce daily friction, simplify routines and eliminate unnecessary decisions.
