الاستشارات خدمة شخصية تُحجز مسبقًا ووقتها مخصص لك بالكامل.

• إعادة الجدولة أو الإلغاء: يمكنك إعادة جدولة الجلسة أو إلغاؤها مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ، بشرط إبلاغنا قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الجلسة.

• الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور: الإلغاء بعد هذه المهلة، أو عدم الانضمام للجلسة خلال 15 دقيقة من موعدها، يُعتبر جلسة مستخدمة ولا يمكن استرجاع قيمتها.

• الباقات متعددة الجلسات: تطبق نفس السياسة على كل جلسة ضمن الباقة بشكل مستقل. في حال الرغبة بإلغاء الجلسات المتبقية ضمن باقة لم تُستخدم بعد، يتم التواصل معنا لمناقشة الخيارات المتاحة.

• من جانبنا: في حال احتجنا لإعادة جدولة موعدك لأي سبب، سنُبلغك بأقرب وقت ممكن ونوفر لك أقرب موعد بديل يناسبك.

Consultations are a personalized service reserved specifically for you.

• Rescheduling or Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your session with a full refund, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made after this 24-hour window, or failure to join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, will be considered a used session and is non-refundable.

• Multi-Session Packages: This policy applies individually to each session within a package. If you wish to cancel remaining, unused sessions in a package, please contact us to discuss available options.

• Our Commitment: If we ever need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the next available time that works for you.
